Even though summer feels far away with this wintery weather, NH Audubon is already gearing up for the start of our camp season. In February, the first campers of the 2025 season will be joining the Education team for a week of fun, exploration, and learning. We are hoping for some snowy, winter weather to experience snowshoe hikes, animal tracking in the snow, exploring the wonders of the subnivean zone, and looking at snowflakes under magnifying glasses. Regardless of the weather, we will still have loads of fun playing games simulating winter wildlife adaptations, interacting with our ambassador animals, and designing unique crafts.
If you would like to join us for the Wonders of Winter camp in February, there are still a few spots available at both the McLane Center in Concord and the Massabesic Center in Auburn. Looking for an additional camp opportunity with NH Audubon? We still have plenty of spots for our Signs of Spring camp April 28-May. This is a great way to introduce your kid(s) to our camp programs before signing up for a week (or more) of our summer camp sessions. Reserve your spot today by registering online.
