NH Audubon Receives Support from Exeter Fine Crafts

(by Jen Thomas)

NH Audubon was honored to be the recipient of Exeter Fine Crafts’ 2024 Annual Holiday Ornament fundraiser, a tradition that supports nonprofits with a shared mission of educating the public.

This year’s handcrafted clay birdhouse ornament reflected our conservation efforts, with Exeter Fine Crafts generously donating a portion of sales—totaling $275—to support our work protecting the state’s natural environment. “The enthusiasm we experienced from NH Audubon enthusiasts was remarkable, and we were honored to partner with you,” shared Lori Dilmore, Manager and Education Director at Exeter Fine Crafts.

NH Audubon’s Community Outreach Coordinator, Anita Fernandez, joined the Exeter artistic community for their Holiday Bazaar on December 13. “I was able to share people’s favorite birding stories while enjoying local artists’ representations of nature in art. It was uplifting to see such passion for birds and conservation,” shared Anita.

We are grateful for this collaboration and look forward to future opportunities to connect art, community, and conservation!
