Welcome to NH Audubon’s new Director of Philanthropy, Angi Francesco.
Angi’s lifelong love of New Hampshire’s lakes, forests, mountains, wildlife, and the magic of the outdoors has led her to NH Audubon. Angi grew up believing that some of life’s most meaningful moments happen outside – whether it is listening to the loons on Squam Lake, watching birds at the feeder after fresh snowfall, or sitting on an island watching the sun color the sky as it dips behind the Squam range. They are all ways to soak in the magic of the natural world.
Angi’s professional background is rooted in nonprofit development, communications, and community connection. She has years of experience helping organizations grow through storytelling, fundraising, and relationship-building. She is passionate about helping people feel more deeply connected to the causes they support. As Director of Philanthropy, Angi is excited to build meaningful relationships with supporters across the state and help advance NH Audubon’s mission for generations and she hopes she can help create a future where both wildlife and people can thrive together.

Outside, of work, Angi can be found swimming, boating, and hiking around Squam Lake, downhill skiing, or cycling. When she is at home, three bossy felines rule the house along with her teenage daughter. If she has a few days off in a row, she is likely to pack her bags and show her daughter a new corner of the world. More often though, on an average Saturday night, Angi can be found with a group of her friends all vying for the title of Ruler of Catan.
