Pardon our trail dust! The trail at Silk Farm Sanctuary is under construction. Thanks to a major grant from the NH Recreation Trails Program Grant, Fields Pond Foundation, and other members and donors, we are expanding our All Persons Trail System at the McLane Center in Concord. Starting this week (September 4) and concluding by October 15 (right before Enchanted Forest) our trail building contractor, Lew Shelley of Snowhawk LLC, will be creating an All Persons Forest Loop trail that connects to the Meadow Loop. It will be accessible for all people, including those who use assistive devices for mobility. You are still more than welcome to visit our pollinator gardens around the building, the raptor mews, the Meadow Loop, and the Orchard Trail to access Turkey Pond. See the map below for specific closures.
