Chris Sweeney, an award-winning journalist, details the biography of Roxie Laybourne. Roxie was a pioneering forensic ornithologist at the Smithsonian who used feather analysis to solve crimes and investigate plane crashes, creating the field of forensic ornithology. Join us in learning more about Roxie’s remarkable life, including her work on major incidents like the Eastern Air Lines Flight 375 crash, work that helped her change aviation safety and criminal justice.
