Otters, and Opossums, and Porcupines, Aww My!

(by Anita Fernandez)

We are preparing for a visit from the Millstone Wildlife Center and Jackie Robidoux, who is going to share experiences in rehabilitation, care, and release of small mammals in New Hampshire. This home-based wildlife rehabilitation facility provides medical care for injured and orphaned mammals. Located in Windham, NH, they rehabilitate bats, rabbits, raccoons, skunks, groundhogs, foxes, and more. You may even have a chance to meet one of their resident ambassadors, such as Phyllis the squirrel, Petunia the opossum, or Fiona the fox. There is still room for you to join us on Thursday, August 14 at 6:30 pm, but please register as there is limited room. Visit our calendar for full details.
