Pandemic Birding with the Bathing Beauties of Webster

Pandemic Birding with the Bathing Beauties of Webster

No swimsuits needed for these beauties! An amazing array of songbirds captured on video as they perform aquatic dances and cavort beneath a gentle cascade of water, may not get an Oscar nod, but would certainly garner a thumb’s up from birders! Read how the simple, low-tech DIY water feature was built, as well as details on the warblers, vireos, and other species it attracted to a Webster backyard in the Fall 2020 issue of New Hampshire Bird Records (“Pandemic Birding with the Bathing Beauties of Webster” begins on page 45 and you can view the video on NH Audubon’s YouTube Channel).

From all of us at New Hampshire Bird Records,
Stay Safe – Stay Healthy!

New Hampshire Bird Records is providing free access to its archives during the Covid-19 outbreak to help birders find information on birding locally and to remind us of the joy of birding.
