NH Gives, a 24-hour statewide fundraising campaign, kicks off on June 10 at 5pm—and this year, we’re raising $8,000 to fund camp scholarships so that every child who wants to attend NH Audubon’s summer camp can.
Our nature-based day camps at the McLane Center (Concord) and Massabesic Center (Auburn) welcome kids ages 5–15 for outdoor adventures, science exploration, and meaningful connections with the natural world.
As of May 6, families have already requested $16,301 in financial assistance—and there’s still another round of applications to come. So far, we’ve awarded $7,800 in scholarships. The need keeps growing, and this year, your support will help ensure that no child is turned away.
New this year: We’re celebrating a major milestone! Since joining NH Gives in 2021, 468 donors have contributed to NH Audubon through the campaign. That means the 32nd donor this year will become our 500th all-time NH Gives donor—and win a Summer Fun prize package:
- A private guided paddle or nature walk (your choice!) at Newfound Audubon Center/Paradise Point for you and up to 3 friends
- A $50 gift card to enjoy coffee and lunch from our friends at Odysea in Bristol
