NH Audubon is hosting a nature book club this year! Meetings will take place over Zoom every other month on the 2nd Thursday of each month starting in March. This club will be facilitated by Devin Guilfoyle, Newfound Center Coordinator and Environmental Educator. We will be discussing the themes, reactions, and main takeaways of each of the books.
The meeting dates and books are as follows:
- March 13 – The Serviceberry: Abundance and Reciprocity in the Natural World by Robin Wall Kimmerer
- May 8 – Return to the Sky by Tina Morris
- July 10 – Better Living Through Birding: Notes from a Black Man in the Natural World by Christian Cooper
- September 11 – What an Owl Knows: The New Science of the World’s Most Enigmatic Birds by Jennifer Ackerman
- November 13 – Walden by Henry David Thoreau
