Keeping tools sharp and in good working order will make gardening easier and tools last longer.  Sharp tools also make cleaner cuts and promote plant health.  Join AJ Dupere to learn how to properly and safely sharpen and maintain garden tools.  Please bring one of the following tools to sharpen: pruners, loppers, spades, edging tools, garden shears, and a file if you have one. This is a hands-on workshop. You will be sharpening the tool(s) that you bring. Bring gloves and be prepared to get dirty.

Presenters: A.J. Dupere is an Urban Forester with the NH Division of Forest and Lands. He has been teaching people about took maintenance for many years and attendees always go home with skills and sharp tools.
