2025 Vacation Camps

2025 Vacation Camps

This winter and spring, come participate in the New Hampshire Audubon Vacation Camps! During February and April breaks, NH Audubon will be hosting day camp sessions at both the McLane Center in Concord and the Massabesic Center in Auburn. Vacation camps are the perfect way to enjoy the seasons through outdoor exploration and discovery. Each day is designed to build the skills of budding naturalists through outdoor exploration, hands-on activities and crafts, games, and live animal presentations.

From February 24-28, get outside in the cold and (hopefully) snow during our Winter Wonders Camp. Learn about how our native species endure the winter weather with amazing adaptations, go snowshoeing or hiking on the trails, and discover the fascinating science of snow! Make sure to dress for the weather!

An activity observing plants during the 2024 Signs of Spring Camp.

During the Signs of Spring Camp from April 28-May 2, learn to read nature’s signals that tell us spring is on its way. From the first plants showing signs of life and animals awakening from hibernation or returning from migration, spring is an exciting time to be out exploring nature! Come prepared to spend much of the day outside and expect mud and rain!

Each week we will host day camp from 9am-4pm, Monday through Friday. Camper drop-off will start at 8:30am and after care is available until 5pm for an extra fee. Register for individual days or participate in the entire seasonal week. Member price = $62/day; non-member price = $69/day. Camp Scholarships are available (contact Claire Adams, Camp Administrator for an application).

We hope to see you there!
