SUMMARY:Birding Outing at Paradise Point
DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the opening of Paradise Point Nature Center by joining NH Audubon for a birding outing along the trails at Paradise Point Wildlife Sanctuary! \nThis is an informal birding outing that begins at the parking lot of Paradise Point at 290 N Shore Road in Hebron and explores the trails with Devin Guilfoyle\, Newfound Center Coordinator. All ages and skill levels of birders are welcome. If you are new to birding\, come and learn the basics! If you are an avid birder\, come to learn new techniques\, network with other birders\, or share your expertise with the group. Following the walk\, explore the nature center as it opens for the season! \nBinocular rental included with ticket. Please dress for the weather\, with sturdy shoes. Expect to walk between 1-2 miles over uneven trails and terrain. Trails may be soggy or muddy in the rainy season.

RSVP is required (see below); program fee collected at the center prior to the paddle starting. Children encouraged with adult supervision. Choose from a canoe or single/double kayak as we travel along the route of the Newfound Lake Water Trail. \nProgram fee (includes boat rental): Canoe\, Double Kayak: $55 Member/$60 Non-member; Single Kayak: $45 Member/$50 Non-member. \nThis program will happen rain or shine (except in the case of thunderstorms).
