DESCRIPTION:Join us on Saturday\, December 13\, from 10am-3pm at the McLane Center in Concord for NH Audubon’s annual Holiday Craft Fair! We will feature 33 talented local vendors offering a wide variety of unique handmade items\, perfect for holiday gifts. There’s something for everyone\, from jewelry and pottery to clothing and greeting cards. B’s Tacos will be on-site with their food truck\, serving up delicious Mexican cuisine. We’ll also have a raffle\, with proceeds supporting NH Audubon’s mission to protect New Hampshire’s natural environment for wildlife and people. Our Nature Store will be open for additional holiday shopping (members get a special 20% off on this occasion)\, and a membership table will be available for anyone interested in joining our conservation efforts. This is a wonderful way to celebrate the season\, support local artisans\, and contribute to NH Audubon’s important work. We hope to see you there!

DESCRIPTION:Visit the Massabesic Center to enjoy the Hive Mind exhibit. \nHive Mind is an exhibit based on communication and connection. For this group show\, Artists were divided into three groups\, each with a captain. The captain would present the group with an already completed work without telling them anything about the backstory or process; leaving the Artists to interpret what they perceived based on the image alone. Artists worked independently and finished the body of work\, minus the work that inspired the group\, which was given to another captain\, and they would interpret what they saw from the body of images provided. Themes and techniques were explored and all played a part in the interpretation.
