DESCRIPTION:Are you a gardener who spends so much time digging\, weeding\, watering\, and hauling mulch that you are sore and tired at the end of the day? Learn some simple and important techniques for reducing stress on your body so you can garden without pain or injury. You’ll also be introduced to some adaptive tools that will make gardening easier for anyone.
